Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States. US orders are printed in the USA.

Delivery charges

US delivery is a flat charge per order, shown in US dollars at checkout before you pay. It is free on orders of about $100 or more. Our rates are set in pounds, so the dollar amounts can move a little with the exchange rate.

You pay one delivery charge per order, however many items you buy.

How long it takes

Every piece is printed for you after you order, and most US orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of ordering. At busy times, such as the weeks before Christmas, please allow a few extra days.

Royal Blue and Deep Charcoal Grey mid-weight sweatshirts are printed in Europe for US orders and can take up to 3 weeks; for Christmas, order those colours by Thursday 3 December.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels. You still pay only one delivery charge.

Tracking

We email you when your order is on its way, with a tracking link where the carrier provides one.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it has not arrived within 15 business days of ordering, or it arrives damaged, email support@ricki-robin.com with your order number. We will chase it with the carrier and replace the item or refund you.

Checking your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Printing starts quickly, so we cannot always change an order once it is in production.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. See our refund policy for how it works.
