Why a robin?

The bird that brings the post

Victorian postmen wore red and were nicknamed robins, which is why robins still deliver the post on Christmas cards.

That is our job too. Each brand here makes the designs and speaks to its own community. We look after everything else: the garments, the printing, the delivery and the customer care. A real UK company, doing it properly.

Who makes the designs?

The Christmas Robin is our own Christmas range, designed in-house. DB Running is an independent brand and Dean's Classic Cars is our sister brand. Ricki Robin Ltd, a UK company, looks after the garments, printing, delivery and customer care, and sells every piece.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Every piece is printed to order and posted to you. Most US orders are printed in the USA and arrive within 5 to 9 business days of ordering. US delivery is free on orders of $100 or more.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by Thursday 10 December for delivery before Christmas. Most US orders are printed in the USA after you order and delivered in 5 to 9 business days. Royal Blue and Deep Charcoal Grey sweatshirts are printed in Europe and can take up to 3 weeks, so order those colours by Thursday 3 December.

Do you gift wrap, and can I send it straight to them?

We don't gift wrap: every piece is printed for you and posted by our print partner. Bought as a gift? Send it straight to them by entering their name and address at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the US. Most US orders are printed in the USA, and you pay in US dollars.

What if it does not fit?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back unworn for a refund. If anything arrives faulty or wrong, we put it right at our cost. Delivery and returns

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements, plus sleeve length where the garment maker publishes it, in centimetres and inches. Each product page shows the sizes that design comes in. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. Full size guide
