Delivery and returns
Every Ricki Robin piece is printed for you after you order, then posted to your door. Here is exactly what to expect.

We email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where the carrier provides it. At busy times, such as the weeks before Christmas, please allow a few extra days.
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email us and we will replace it or refund you.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Changed your mind, or it is not quite right? Return it unworn and unwashed (trying it on to check the fit is fine) and we will refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage.
Faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Just email us a photo and your order number.
Your legal rights
Our 30-day returns window is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and then have a further 14 days to send it back; we refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, or of you showing us proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days.
How to return something
- Email support@ricki-robin.com with your order number and the item you are returning.
- We aim to reply within one working day with the return address. Please do not post returns to our registered office, as it cannot accept parcels.
- Post it back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the first piece and place a new order, so your new one goes into production straight away. If you would rather we help, just email us.
