Orders and delivery

How long will my order take?

Every piece is printed for you after you order, then posted to you. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days of ordering. At busy times, such as before Christmas, allow a few extra days.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £4.99 per order, or free on orders of £85 or more.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where the carrier provides it. If you have an account, you can also see your orders there. Track your order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If your piece has not gone into production yet we can change or cancel it. Once it has, you can still return it under our returns policy.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back unworn and unwashed for a refund. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. This is on top of your legal right to cancel within 14 days. Delivery and returns

What if something arrives faulty or wrong?

We will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Email us a photo and your order number.

Sizing and garments

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements, plus sleeve length where the garment maker publishes it, in centimetres and inches. There is a full size guide too, and each product page shows the sizes that design comes in. Our garments are a regular unisex fit. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

What are the garments made from?

Hoodies, heavyweight sweatshirts and t-shirts are made by Stanley/Stella from 100% organic cotton. The mid-weight sweatshirt is the SOL'S Comet, made from 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester. Each product page names the exact garment, weight and fit.

How is the design printed?

With a direct-to-film (DTF) print, which uses a white underbase on dark colours so the artwork shows up bright and sharp. Follow the care guide to help the print last.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach. Hang dry, or tumble dry on low. Iron inside out on low heat, never directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

Paying and gift cards

How can I pay?

With the options shown at checkout: debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and USDC (a cryptoasset). Prices include VAT, and the delivery charge is shown before you pay.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are sent by email and can be spent on anything in the store.

DB Running is an independent brand; Dean's Classic Cars is our sister brand; Abstract Robin is our own. Ricki Robin Ltd, a UK company, looks after the garments, printing, delivery and customer care, and sells every piece.
