Frequently asked questions

"A Robin for every story."

The most common questions about ordering, sizing, shipping, returns, and the Ricki Robin Fund. If your question isn't answered below, write to support@ricki-robin.com. We answer within 24 hours on weekdays.

Orders & shipping

When will my order arrive?

Each piece is made on demand once you order. Production typically takes 2–5 working days. Shipping takes a further 2–6 working days depending on where you are. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves the production facility.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Ricki Robin uses Printful's global fulfilment network, with production facilities across the UK, EU, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Japan. Your order is printed at the facility nearest you and shipped from there.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you've ordered. The total shown at checkout is the final price — there are no extra fees on top.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn't entered production yet, yes. Write to support@ricki-robin.com with your order number and the new address as soon as you can. If production has already started, address changes aren't always possible — write anyway and we'll see what we can do.

Sizing & fit

How does the sizing run?

Every Ricki Robin garment is a Stanley/Stella unisex blank cut to a regular fit. If you're between sizes and you like a close fit, size down. If you prefer room to layer, take your usual size.

Where can I find measurements?

Full size measurements — S to 2XL, in both imperial and metric — are on every product page under the Size guide drop-down. There's also a dedicated size guide page covering all our garments in one place.

The piece doesn't fit — what are my options?

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund. Once we've issued the refund, you can re-order in the right size. We don't offer direct exchanges because every piece is made on demand — but the return-then-reorder route works the same way.

Returns & damaged items

Can I return for a refund?

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, return your piece unworn with tags attached for a full refund. To start a return, write to support@ricki-robin.com with your order number — we'll send you the correct return address (it differs by region) and confirm next steps. We'll process the refund to the original payment method as soon as we've inspected the return.

You cover return postage. This is a print-on-demand limitation — at our current scale, we can't absorb return postage. We cover the refund.

UK and EU customers also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right that runs alongside our 30-day return window.

It arrived damaged — what now?

That's on us to put right. Send a photo of the damage to support@ricki-robin.com along with your order number. We'll get a replacement into production as soon as we've confirmed the issue, at no cost to you. You don't need to return the damaged piece.

I received the wrong item — what now?

Apologies. Send a photo of what you received (front of garment, plus any tag or label visible) to support@ricki-robin.com with your order number. We'll get the correct piece into production once we've confirmed the address. For the wrong piece, we'll either send a prepaid return label or — if it's wearable — credit you the gift-card value to keep it.

Care

How do I care for my Ricki Robin piece?
  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry on low
  • Do not iron the print
  • Do not dry-clean

Following these guidelines keeps the print sharp and the garment soft for years.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay (with installments), and USDC crypto via Coinbase. Multi-currency checkout is available across GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, and others.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Klarna and Shop Pay both offer instalment plans at checkout. You'll see the options once you've added a piece to your nest and reached the payment step.

Do you accept crypto?

Yes. We accept USDC via Coinbase on the Base network, integrated through Shopify Payments. Available at checkout alongside card and digital wallet options.

The Fund

What is the Ricki Robin Fund?

A pot of money set aside from every sale and paid out to small creative and community projects. £2 from every order goes into the Fund — ring-fenced from operating costs, recorded in a public ledger, and reported on annually.

Full detail at the Fund page.

How much from each sale goes to the Fund?

£2 from every order, regardless of which piece you buy. The first annual impact report publishes January 2027, covering all trading from launch through the end of December 2026.

Designers

What's live at launch?

Several designer collections, all live together from day one. Ricki Robin's own work sits alongside the others on the same footing. Every collection on the store is a designer's own — we produce and ship them all.

How are designers paid?

Every Ricki Robin designer is paid per sale on every piece they design, paid monthly by bank transfer. The designer payout is never reduced by anything happening at the customer-facing end — the brand absorbs all transaction and processing costs.

Can I become a Ricki Robin designer?

Currently we onboard designers through nomination or trusted introduction. There's no open application form yet because the brand is small and we want each designer's collection to land properly. If you have a body of work that fits, write to support@ricki-robin.com with a link to your portfolio and a few sentences about what you'd want to make.
