Costs

Calculated live at checkout. Free UK Standard shipping on UK orders of £85 and over.

UK VAT

All prices exclude UK VAT. We are in the process of registering for VAT and will update our pricing once registration is complete.

EU IOSS

Most EU orders are fulfilled from our partner's EU facilities (Latvia or Spain) — no import VAT, no customs charges. We are completing registration for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS); once our IOSS number is active, EU VAT on any cross-border orders that need it will be collected at checkout. Until then, in the rare case an EU order is fulfilled from outside the EU, you may be asked to pay VAT or a handling fee on delivery — email support@ricki-robin.com with proof of charge and we will reimburse.

Import duties and taxes (non-EU)

For shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia and other non-EU destinations, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied on delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Where Printful fulfils domestically (US-to-US, EU-to-EU) no import duties apply. We will publish the most current per-region position on /pages/shipping-information.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (carrier strikes, customs disruption, natural disasters, public health restrictions, government action). In a force-majeure event we will keep you informed and offer reasonable remedies (replacement, refund, or hold).

Lost parcels

We open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund per the Refund Policy.

Returns shipping

Customer pays unless item was defective.
