These terms govern your use of ricki-robin.store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Where UK or EU consumer law gives you stronger protection, that law prevails.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over.
2. Products
Print-on-demand hoodies and sweaters made to order by Printful on Stanley/Stella blanks. Every item is £60 (or local equivalent). No sales or markdowns.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer. A contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation email.
4. Payment
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, PayPal, USDC (via Shopify Payments). We never store full card details.
5. Fulfilment & Delivery
Printed on demand (2–5 working days production) then shipped from the nearest Printful facility. See Shipping Policy for times and costs.
6. Returns & Refunds
See our full Refund Policy. Defective/wrong items: full refund or replacement at our cost. Change-of-mind: 30-day goodwill window (customer pays return shipping) or statutory 14-day cooling-off right (UK/EU).
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork and site content belong to Ricki Robin Ltd. The RICKI ROBIN™ mark is the subject of trade mark application UK00004384726 — see section 10 for full disclosure. Personal use only. (Artwork commissioned from external designers in future will be licensed to Ricki Robin Ltd; this statement applies regardless.)
8. Acceptable Use
No hate speech, harassment, scraping or illegal activity.
9. Liability
Limited to the price paid, except where law forbids exclusion (death, personal injury, fraud, consumer rights).
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or any other applicable consumer protection legislation). In particular, you retain the 30-day right to reject faulty goods, the right to repair or replacement, and the right to a price reduction or final right to reject. The trade mark application UK00004384726 is filed by Ricki Robin Ltd at the UK Intellectual Property Office.
11. Governing Law
England and Wales. UK/EU consumers may use local courts where entitled.
