Refund policy
Every item is printed on demand. We offer a 30-day quality guarantee — defective, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full at our cost.
Buyer's-remorse returns (changed your mind)
30-day window. Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached, with the original packaging insert included where possible. Customer pays return shipping. Full refund within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off right (UK & EU consumers)
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery and have a further 14 days to return the item. We refund the item price plus standard outbound shipping (not premium upgrades). Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How to return
Please do not send returns to our office address. We use a third-party fulfilment partner with regional return centres, and the correct return address depends on where you are. Anything sent without a prior RMA cannot be processed.
Email support@ricki-robin.com with your order number and "I want to cancel under my distance-selling right" (or request an RMA for goodwill returns). We will reply with the correct return address and an RMA number within one working day.
What we do not accept
Worn, washed or damaged items; returns outside the window; items without prior RMA.
