About this piece
The robin is the centre of everything here, wings thrown wide across the full width of the back, its body and feathers built from fine concentric ribbons in burnt orange, coral and cream, the warm breast glowing at the heart of the piece. Around it rises a tall arched portal built from bold stripes, cobalt blue, deep violet and orange rolling in waves and columns like light bending through glass, with a braided rope border framing the arch and small stars scattered in the open space. The whole design is symmetrical, ornamental and loud in the best way, made to be seen from across a room. It is printed in full across the back of a Stanley/Stella Changer 2.0 sweatshirt (STSU178), with the small Ricki Robin signature printed on the front-left chest. The design lives on the back, where the person wearing it does not have to look at it to know it is there.
About the heavyweight sweatshirt
350 g/m² organic cotton with a brushed, napped fleece inside: the warmer of our two crew necks, and the one people mean when they say a jumper feels substantial. The ribbed crew neck sits flat without rolling.

Size guide
Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Chest width is measured across the front, armpit to armpit, so double it for the full chest. Allow up to 2.5 cm (1 inch) either way.
